Cost and delivery time:

Courier delivery to the address or point of issue in other countries is carried out by transport companies and services: HayPost.
Delivery times are calculated individually according to the selected transport company.
Requests regarding delivery options can be indicated in the “comments” section when placing an order.

Attention! In case of partial or complete refusal of the goods, the customer pays for the courier service himself. The store also reserves the right to change delivery conditions when agreeing on new order delivery conditions with customers.

After payment, the Buyer receives an order confirmation via email, instant messenger chat at the phone number specified by the Buyer, or in another way agreed with the Buyer, containing identification information about the paid Order.

The Buyer carries out tracking of the cargo independently by using tracking code.

The order is completed and transferred for delivery to the transport company in most available date of payment for the order by the Buyer and receipt of funds in full to the Seller’s bank account. In cases of increased demand, order processing times may be extended. In cases of failure in the order processing system, order processing times may also be increased.

Lathing or palletizing of cargo is carried out at the Buyer's request at his expense. The Seller is not responsible for deformed cargo received from a transport company!

In cases of increased demand, delivery times may be extended. If you receive a notification about a successful transfer, your order is displayed in our system and you will soon receive a shipping notification.

In the case of delivery to territories where customs clearance of goods is required, the buyer is obliged to independently carry out the customs clearance procedure for the order, while the seller provides the documents available to the seller to undergo the customs clearance procedure.

Orders are sent from Armenia. If your country does not have an agreement on the free circulation of goods with Armenia, you will most likely have to pay a customs fee.

This is a standard procedure for receiving parcels from third countries. We are working to accommodate shipments from less regulated jurisdictions.

In case of pre-order, we have the right to unilaterally change delivery times, since they do not always depend on us. We try to be honest with our customers, and therefore we return money upon request.
